See "Dates and Times" page for the 2011 schedule for both programs.
Our admissions counselors are always available to speak with prospective students, answer questions, arrange a meeting, and encourage your attendance to our informal Open Houses, which give one a chance to observe a class and meet current students.
NOTE: as of fall 2011, the school requires an in-person interview with all prospective students as a pre-condition to confirming their admissions application.
We advise prospective students to plan ahead financially and personally to bring this program into their lives.
Some financial aid processes take 4-6 months to complete- so apply to them now, even if you have not chosen a school. A private school giving individualized attention and quality education, such as ours, plans well ahead of time for you, the student.
Once your application is reviewed and approved, we setup a time to meet in person with prospective students to clarify program questions and facilitate the registration process. The school requires a certified bank check or money order for the full program amount, or for the payment plan program deposit of $2,500.00 The personalized admissions process also allows for students to sign admissiont and encollment contract forms.
Admissions process opens early in the year, and terminates, for standard admissions, by August 15, after which time all registration are considered Late Registration and hold late tuition rates.
We ask prospective students to register within our timelines- be aware that there are late fees for registration beyond the annual timelines of the school.

made on an individual basis. Prospective students must exhibit the ability to
contribute to a safe and cohesive learning environment, and show medical
and mental health readiness to fully participate in all required aspects of
the program.

NOTE: Other than personal notebooks, and a few initial books which may be obtained for less than 75$ for all, the supplies and equipment needed by program participants are not needed until December, when naturopathic physical medicine/bodywork therapeutic segments begin in paired work, utilizing tables. New massage tables are easily obtained from many sources for 100-200$. As the program unfolds during the first year, students are requested to obtain additional small items which comprise the apothecary of a natural physician. Our catalog fully discloses these items and expenses.
The school is provisioned with a reference library, herbal apothecary, DVD library and screening room, study area, equipment for teaching a variety of curriculum topics, clinic/student clinic space. And, given that this is an accelerated professional development program, we believe that when students collect and own the basics they need to practice in between class meetings, they will excel and grow.
